We believe passionately that young people everywhere deserve the best possible educational opportunities, even more so for those who struggle to have their most basic needs met on a daily basis.

Our international work gives us the opportunity to use our experience and skills as advocates for children with Special Educational Needs and provide professional training and support to regional governments, local authorities and schools across Ethiopia and South Africa.

As part of this commitment, Ladder Group members work with SENEthiopia, SENTigray and Ethiopiaid to support educational initiatives in schools across Northern Ethiopia, as well as having provided training on behalf of the British Council at the University of Natal, over the last twelve years.
